1.– Accompany the process from first proto development up to final adoption, interacting and getting feedback from the shoe manufacturer and brand personnel to ensure our product is meeting  expectation and get confirmation on material specification before reaching SMS stage.

2 – Respond to product clarification inquiries and quotation requests; 

3 – Report issues found during development to VP sales and ensure that customer inquiries for  product adjustments and corrections are properly discussed and confirmed with the tech team  before proceeding with further sampling; 

4 – Coordinate with CS department on customer inquiries and ensure that feedbacks and  complaints are being properly remarked on repeating orders;

5 – Maintain a routine of frequent visits to build and develop relationships with key account  customers with its manufacturers’ personnel and brand local branch offices people;
